The Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof Spray is for when your footwear soaks up water. First, clean it with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel, and if it is fairly new or recently re-waterproofed, the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) will be revitalised just from cleaning. But, once the footwear has been thoroughly worn you will need to add DWR, using Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof, after cleaning first with Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.

Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof Spray How to use:
IMPORTANT: Shake bottle before use. Always clean first using Nikwax® Footwear Cleaning Gel.
- 1. Protect work surface from potential overspray.
- 2. Apply to clean, wet footwear from a distance of 15cm. Ensure penetration along seams.
- 3. After 2 minutes remove excess with a cloth.
- 4. Allow to dry naturally before use.
Note: Light/coloured leather may darken after treatment. Test on a hidden area first.
