The Vango Aotrom Thermo Platinum has upgrades the Aotrom Thermo sleep mat with a new Exkin Platinum base fabric. Exkin Platinum is a lightweight, non-woven fabric that features a metalised layer that more efficiently reflects heat back to your body to retain more warmth. We also swap out the siliconised hollow fibre insulated core with a premium DuPont insulation that helps retain heat for longer in its unique material design. Vango's unique Air Filled Welded Channels found only on the Aotrom range mould to the contours of your body for a more comfortable sleep whether you're a back or side sleeper. And most importantly, Vango has kept the ultralight design, making it ideal for bikepacking and lightweight adventures.

- Exkin Platinum and DuPont Insulation - We have combined Exkin Platinum which is an extremely lightweight and quiet non-woven fabric that has a thin metalised layer applied to its surface and DuPont ComforMax which is a multi-layer fibre insulation to create warmth and reduce heat loss when in use
- ThermoFlex Lite - Vango's NEW Lightweight 20D Nylon Ripstop Base Fabric which has an Aluminium reflective coating to retain heat when in use and keep you warmer at night.
- Air Filled Welded Channels - Which mould to the contours of the surface and your body for a more comfortable sleep
- TPU Lamination Technology - Modern TPU fabric lamination is lighter and more environmentally friendly than traditional PVC constructions. The result is a smaller pack size thats quicker and easier to inflate, deflate and pack away
